Jersey Fun!

Dan helps with the high school kids at our church and Wednesday night was "Jersey Night." Dan went to New York with some buddies a couple of months ago to see the Yankees in their stadium for the last season and brought Cooper back this t-shirt that says "Jeter" on the back. I have to admit that this is the first time Cooper has left the house in a t-shirt that did not have his name monogrammed on it or a cutsy applique. He also had on his new "squeaker" tennis shoes which he loved and Dan was thrilled about the t-shirt! Cooper had a blast up at church playing with the big kids and a few around his size, too. Our favorite summer getaway!

The only way everyone in my family manages to keep their summer sanity is by our almost weekly trips to the river! We are fortunate that my parents have a houseboat where we can all comfortably stay overnight and enjoy family time! Here are some pictures from our recent weekend where Cooper got to see his aunts along with many other family members while having some fun in the sun!

Our first blogging experience

Ok, I have to confess that I have become fascinated with blogs! I love catching up with what is going on in everyone's lives and seeing the children of friends who live really far away! So, I have decided to join the blogging world. I wanted to make a place where everyone can see our "clan" and what is going on in our lives. Our family consists of myself, Dan, and our 20-month old little boy, Cooper. Life with Cooper is so much fun and always an adventure as any of you with kids can attest to!
