Big Boy Bed!

Cooper's new bunk beds for his big boy room arrived yesterday! He was so excited about them that we decided to get them together and let him sleep in them last night! We quickly disassembled the guest bedroom which is why there are still purple walls and a big mattress in the picture! As soon as the painter can get here, I will post some picture of the completed room! Little boy decorating has been a stretch for me, but alot of fun!
Here is Cooper as we tucked him in last night! He called for me only once to be reassured, and then slept 11 hours in his big boy bed! We were so proud of him this morning, and he was very proud of himself as well! Our little boy is growing up!

Revenge?

Cooper has a bit of a respiratory infection these days, and after I suctioned his head out this afternoon (which as most of you parents know is pure torture), he asked to see the bulb. This is what I saw next! Poor horse!

Our clan is growing...

Just wanted to share our exciting news with the blog world! We are expecting again, and I am due around the first week of September! We are so thankful, and can't wait for Cooper to have a little brother or sister!

Is it really March?

The last day of February ended in a mini-blizzard for those of us around here! We woke up March 1st to 10 inches of snow! It was the prettiest snow that we've had in West Tennessee in years! We got out and played with some friends around the neighborhood! The snow was fun, but a little too deep for Cooper to be comfortable walking around in it. He should have tons of fun in it today now that it has melted a little!

My neighbor and Community group girls! Tricia, me, Cecilia, and Alison

Our next door neighbor's sweet dad who drove around all of the kids and parents, and got Dan's tahoe out of the snow & mud it got stuck in!

We ended our day by running to Nashville to see Playhouse Disney. The show itself was about as exciting as this picture of Cooper drinking a diet coke, but the trip was worth it to get to see Sis-sis & Uncle Rob!
